Disney Channel Original Shows You Need to Revisit Before 2022 Ends
It feels like just yesterday when we would come back from school and put on the reruns of some of the greatest Disney Channel original shows. Those shows define our childhood and a large part of our teenage years. We cannot help but admit that Disney Channel does not feel the same anymore. The series that aired on this network from the 2000s to the 2010s were on another level. The casting, storyline, acting, dialogues, and wardrobe were something straight out of our dream life.
Well, now that fall is here, nostalgia is going to hit you harder than before. Therefore, this is the perfect time for you to revisit all those childhood favorites before the year ends. And hey, with Disney+ available across the United States, you don’t even have to worry about where to catch these shows.
However, there is one thing you need to keep into account and that is your internet connection. Disney+ does not work seamlessly if you have poor internet or any streaming service for that matter. For this, you may want to switch to providers like Spectrum® which delivers impressive speed with unlimited data, which just, by the way, is ideal for heavy streaming. You can visit Spectrum Internet ofertas (for Spanish speakers) and get all the information you need.
Now that you are all set to binge-watch all the Disney Channel classics, without much further ado, let’s get started.
That’s So Raven (2003 – 2007)
That’s So Raven contributed heavily to the popularity of the Disney Channel. The show was super funny, and creative and gives flawless acting by great actors like Raven-Symoné. Moreover, the show does not only focus on the funny side of the stories, in fact, but it also shows you the real-life problem and this is probably why it is one of the most famous shows produced by this network.
Raven Baxter is not your ordinary girl. She can see into the future but every time she gets brief psychic visions of something going unplanned, she seeks help from her friends to make everything better beforehand. However, it would not be a sitcom if it didn’t end up getting comically wrong. Every time Raven does something to make things better, the opposite end up happening.
Hannah Montana (2006 – 2011)
You have to be living under a rock if you never watched a single episode of Hannah Montana. Miley Cyrus was a big part of our childhood because she gave us some of the biggest life lessons while keeping it all low-key.
Miley Stewart may seem like a typical high-school student but she is anything but this. She lives a double life as country’s one of the most famous pop singers called Hannah Montana, whenever she goes on stage. Her identity is not known to many people. Only her family and best friend Lilly know about her double life.
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (2005 – 2008)
Can we all just take a moment to thank Disney Channel for introducing us to the Sprouse brothers? The show is awesome, to say the least. The writers did a remarkable job in giving us great episodes one after another. Moreover, despite their young age, Cole Sprouse and Dylan Sprouse impressed everyone with their flawless acting skills.
Identical teenage twins – Zack and Cody move with their mother to a five-star Tipton Hotel after she lands a job there. Soon after settling in, the twins turn the hotel into the place they can have all their adventures or misadventures in by coming up with hilarious pranks.
Wizards of Waverly Place (2007 – 2012)
Yes, we saved the best for the last. Wizards of Waverly Place gives you everything you can ever ask in a perfectly hilarious, brilliantly written show. The show gave us the iconic character of Alex Russo along with timeless dialogues that make you laugh out loud every time you watch it.
The Russo siblings are learning to be great wizards to compete in family wizard competitions in the future. Whoever wins the competition, will get to keep their power. Taught by their mortal father, who gave up his powers to marry their mortal mother, the Russo family combined own a sandwich shop called Waverly Sub Station in Manhattan. These siblings often get into crazy situations but always end up learning valuable life lessons.
